ADVERTISING PACKAGES
LEVEL 1 - GOLD
• Investment $3500 *
• Your package will include: -
• Your Name along with the other Level 1 Advertiser featured in the 44 (30 sec) radio ads on Local stations Radio?? promoting the Volkswagen Spectacular . These ads run in the 11 days leading up to and during the event. IE. " Your Name and other Level 1 Advertiser present the Volkswagen Spectacular" etc. Also on Saturday morning of the Street Parade Radio ?? Will be broadcasting live promoting the Presenting Sponsors.
• Your Logo will be included on the events official advertising poster that will be distributed throughout the local town, at associated businesses up and down the east coast and around the venue during the event.
• You'll receive a 1 page advertisement in the event's welcome magazine. Approx 1,000 magazines will be printed for the event. Note. Artwork to be supplied by 1 st of June
• Your promotional products and or brochures included in the event sample bag that each entrant receives on registration. Approx 1,000 bags will be produced. Note. All products for the sample bags must be supplied by 1 st of June
• Your Logo included on close to 2,000 event T-Shirts and jumpers to be sold at the event.
• Your Logo with website link from the events official website to sponsors site.
• You'll receive venue banner space (approx 1m x 3m) along the veranda at Valla Park Resort, giving your business exposure to all participants for the entire weekend.
• An trophy (only 11 trophies) will be engraved with Your Name and announced as the sponsor at the trophy presentation.
• Trade stand at the swap meet allowing sponsors to display their products and services.
• Entry to the event for 2 people including free breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, free lunch on Sunday at Valla Beach Resort.
• Over the Weekend your company will be advertised over the pa as one of the Gold Sponsors
LEVEL 2 - SILVER
• Investment $2200.00 *
• Your package will include: -
