Saturday Morning any cars not scrutinised can be done in the main street after we park for the show & shine. Please make sure that we are notified that you want to be scrutinised on Saturday Morning.

The reason for the above is to ensure that all drivers

booked in get a reasonable time on the circuit, and drivers briefing is necessary for the safe running of the day.

We require Drivers name plus the names of his/her pit crew,

Passenger, mechanic etc.

Long sleeve shirt and long trousers

3 Pit Crew/Passengers Allowed

Passenger Sign Up by 11.00 am

Tyre disposal - responsibility of drivers to remove

Used tyres

Passengers

Passengers must have some form of restraint to keep

Arms within the vehicle - if not window has to be up

Passengers to be 16 years or over

Track requirements

There will be three 300 metre track splits defined by

Witches hats.

These markers are placed so the cars are kept at a

Safe distance

No person shall enter the track

Short track to be used only for mechanical failure

No stopping on track unless major mechanical failure -

Hazards on - no Rally allowed pass the vehicle

Black Flag Orange Circle

This flag will be given for a mechanical default and

Unacceptable behavior or unsafe car.

When given this flag cars will do one more lap

And enter pit lane slowly

Yellow flag

"Caution" all course yellow – indicates problem on track

Chequered flag

Indicates session finished - one more lap and come

In pit lane slowly

Pit lane speed

Walking speed

Exit from track

Go kart exit [pit lane]

NO DONUTS/BURNOUTS ALLOWED UNLESS PRIOR APPROVAL

No driver/pit crew/passenger to be under the influence of

Alcohol or drugs

NO CHILDREN ALLOWED IN PIT AREA UNDER 16 YEARS OF AGE

NO DOGS ALLOWED AT FACILITY UNLESS SECURED

IF THESE EVENTS ARE TO CONTINUE WE NEED YOU TO ADHERE TO

THE RULES SPECIFIED.

ANYONE NOT ABIDING BY THE RULES WILL BE ASKED
